We do not conduct background checks. Use common sense: meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Cuddlr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. Cuddlr provides a location-based platform for people to find platonic cuddling partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cuddlr. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.

3. User Conduct

Cuddlr is strictly for platonic companionship. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for sexual purposes
  • Harass or stalk any user
  • Share other users' private info
  • Use the app for commercial solicitation

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that meeting strangers involves inherent risks. Cuddlr is a platform only and does not vet users or perform background checks. You assume all responsibility for your safety and interactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuddlr shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
